IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

The Box Office is at the event field of Mountain Village Resort.  Have your ticket pulled up and ready to scan. Keep your wristbands on for access all weekend.  New wristbands will not be issued daily.

Box office/gate will open as follows:
Thursday 4:00 p.m. / 5:00 p.m.
Friday 3:00 p.m. / 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 12:00 p.m. / 1:00 p.m.
Sunday 9:00 a.m. / 9:30 a.m.

Children 13 -17:  $40 – 4 day pass only available at the door with paying adult
Children 12 and under:  Free with paying adult

In the event of an emergency, please call 9-1-1.

Seating areas for chairs & blankets brought in will be designated and limited.  The seat number on your ticket is not relevant.  Tents or shades in the venue will not be allowed.
**Valid Photo ID will be required to purchase and consume alcohol.  No ID, no alcohol – period.**
No Outside Food or Drinks Allowed.  Food & Drinks will be available for purchase in the venue.  ALL beverages will have to be consumed before entering the main gate.

CAMPING: please follow the instructions that were via email (from mandy@mountainvillage.com).  A camping map has been provided in an email and at the bottom of this page. There are no showers at any of the camping sites.  Porta Potties and hand-washing stations are available throughout the camping areas.

PLEASE!
BE NICE! Everyone is here to have an enjoyable time.  No need for negativity!
CASH ONLY to expedite your purchases, the event venue, including Velvet Falls Dance Hall will be cash only.  ATMs are located in the MVR Restaurant and Mercantile.
NO Pets, Firearms, Drugs, Coolers, Outside Food or Drinks (including water – water will be available).
PARKING is very limited – park where you are camping/lodging if possible. Carpooling is recommended if driving to the venue.
ADMISSION Those 21 and over may come and go as you please.  Those under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to re-enter.
GARBAGE happens, but please be mindful and respectful of our beautiful area and ensure provided garbage receptacles are utilized.
RECREATE RESPONSIBLY No matter where you are camping or lodging, please respect the land and the people around you.  Please, please do NOT drink and drive or have fires in prohibited areas.
