Please Note our Lodging Policies:

The Mountain Village Resort is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please see the below policies.

Payments: Payments for reservations and retail items will be collected at time of reservation and/or purchase. Funds may be subject to refund if cancelled following the guidelines below:

Summer Policy (May – October): Please note lodging is in high demand in the summer months.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) day’s notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

Winter Policy (November – April):
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) day’s notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

Refunds: Refunds will not be given for no-shows or for cancelling less than seven (7) days in summer season and three (3) days in winter season prior to your reservation. Refunds also will not be given for late arrivals, early departures, or missed stays due to weather conditions, road closures, family or work emergencies. Refunds will only be given to the payment method in which they were collected.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special events.

*For reservations with more than five (5) rooms, a 50% non-refundable: deposit will be required by credit card.

Check-in: Starts @ 3:00 P.M. Night bell available for after-hours check-ins) If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM. Fees apply to late check-outs and must be pre-arranged.

Absolutely NO Smoking inside. A minimum of $200 will be charged for violating our non-smoking policy.

Pets: Pet fees are $20/pet/night. Additional fees may be assessed for damage or cleaning. Please note there are designated pet-free rooms, so please verify with the front desk if you have any questions. Undeclared pets are subject to a minimum $150 fee. Pet owner is responsible for any compensation given to other hotel guests due to noise complaints resulting from unattended pets or barking dogs.

WIFI: WIFI (where available) is free to guests. Due to the limited services our area has to offer, our WIFI is for casual browsing only, NOT for streaming music or video. Please respect this so guests can share this service equally. *If caught streaming or using too much bandwidth, WIFI service may be denied to you. WIFI is NOT a guaranteed amenity.

Hot Tub: The hot spring is a limited and not guaranteed amenity. Hot tub un-availability does not constitute a room refund.
