Advanced Purchase Adult:  $50 – 3 day pass (sorry, no individual day passes)
Children 13-17:  $30 – 3 day pass only available at the door with paying adult (sorry, no individual day passes)
Children 12 and under:  Free with paying adult
*Unsupervised children under 18 are not allowed*

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

The Box Office is at the event field of Mountain Village Resort.  Have your ticket pulled up and ready to scan. Keep your wristbands on for access all weekend.  New wristbands will not be issued daily. Box office will open at 3:00 p.m. Friday and 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. 

In the event of an emergency, please call 9-1-1.
Seating areas for chairs brought in will be designated and very limited.  The seat number on your ticket is not relevant.  Tents or shades in the venue will not be allowed.
**Valid Photo ID will be required to purchase and consume alcohol.  No ID, no alcohol – period.**
Food & Drinks will be available for purchase in the venue.

Camping – please follow instructions that will be provided via email (from mandy@mountainvillage.com) to all “Special Event DRY RV or TENT Camping”.  A camping map will be provided in an email and at the bottom of this page. There are no showers on any of the camping sights.  Porta Potties and Hand Washing stations are available throughout the camping areas.

PLEASE!
CASH ONLY to expedite your purchases, the event venue, including Velvet Falls Dance Hall will be cash only.  ATMs are located in the MVR Restaurant and Mercantile.
NO Pets, Firearms, Drugs, Coolers, Outside Food or Drinks (including water – water will be available).
PARKING is very limited – park where you are camping/lodging if possible. Carpooling is recommended if driving to the venue.
ADMITTANCE Those 21 and over may come and go as you please.  Those under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to re-enter.
GARBAGE happens, but please be mindful and respectful of our beautiful area and ensure provided garbage receptacles are utilized.
RECREATE RESPONSIBLY  no matter where you are camping or lodging, please respect the land and the people around you.  Please, please do NOT drink and Drive or have fires in prohibited areas.

Friday, July 12th:  Welcome Bonfire Night

5:00 p.m.  Gates Open (S’Mores Kits Available for purchase)
6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Jade Marie Patek

7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Midnight River Choir
9:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Eli Howard & the Greater Good
Late Night food will be served in the Saloon until 2:00 a.m.

Saturday, July 13th: Main Event

1:00 p.m.  Gates Open
1:00 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.  Family-Friendly Lawn Games – Food available in the concession trailer – Drinks in Velvet Falls Dance Hall (open to weekend pass holders)
4:00 p.m. – Mountain Village Saloon closes for ticked guests only
6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Zach Nytompt
6:45 p.m. – 7:15 p.m. Johnathan Terrell
7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Lowdown Drifters
9:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Shane Smith & The Saints
10:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. in Velvet Falls Dance Hall (21+) DJ Vegan Leather
Late Night food will be served in the Saloon until 2:00 a.m.

Sunday, July 14th:  Outdoor Sunday Brunch Jam

10:00 a.m. Gates Open
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. $20 Brunch – Breakfast Burrito and Bloody Mary/Mimosas
11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Friends Song Swap/Jam

Awesome Vendors Sendero, Zilker Belts, Turtlebox, and Wyld Gear along with Shane Smith & the Saints will have merch available all weekend!
