Policies

  • All reservations must have first and last name of the adult occupying the room.
  • All reservations must have address and phone number of adult occupying the room.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to rent a room.
  • Rates are based on single/ double occupancy. Rates increase by $10 (plus taxes) for each additional occupant over 10 years of age.
  • Smoking preference and other special requests are noted but not guaranteed.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice, until the first night's deposit is received.
  • Room tax is 10.5%.

Reservations Changes and Cancellations:

We will gladly change your reservation subject to availability. To change or cancel a previously made reservation, please call our reservation desk at (800) 843-5475.

Minimum Stay Requirements:

We do not have a minimum stay requirement.

Cooking:

Cooking is only permitted in our kitchenette. Microwave use allowed in suites.
